TechKnowMe Founder Rob Zazueta (a.k.a. Rob Z.) has built web sites for businesses of all sizes since the World Wide Web first became public in 1994. After graduating from UC Berkeley in 1998, Rob Z. worked for high level companies like Intuit and America Online as well as a handful of startups while freelancing in the evenings. The more clients he took on, the more he heard the same story - a small business owner turned to a friend, a member of the family or another freelancer to build their website. The job either went unfinished or failed to meet the owner's expectations. Oten times,  the person they hired to build the site simply disappeared.
